"Mismagius the Magical pokemon (Although I prefer to call it the witch-ghost pokemon): It's cries sound like incantations. While usually they torment targets and cause headaches and hallucinations, some chants bring happiness"

I decided to draw Mismagius for a halloween picture this year. Its head/"hat" came out too small but I like it anyway. I was going to add more originally such as a few Misdreavus and maybe some trees.

Mismagius came out looking amazing!! I love the coloring.

The background and effects really add to it and makes Mismagius look really creepy (which is good)!!
